Our 20-year old furnace died on New Years Day and needed to be replaced in a hurry. Rick and his team did an outstanding job: they came over and provided a very cost-effective estimate the day after I contacted them and installed the furnace on a Saturday, only 2 days after I received the estimate. The Malibu crew did a very professional job: they arrived on time and cleaned up the inevitable debris after they were done. The new furnace is quieter and more efficient than the previous one. Highly recommended!

I was looking to install a Mitsubishi HVAC system in my two-story townhome (which was built in 1997 and did not have A/C, only wall heaters, and to be honest I wasn't even sure if there was space to install a central HVAC system). After a site survey, they came up with a very creative solution that uses a ducted-ductless unit for the top floor, and a regular ductless floor unit for the bottom floor, all connected to a single outdoor condenser.
