They replaced our old HVAC and also installed new AC unit. The quote was reasonable. We requested many options and quotes for those and Rick quickly responded with all the details. We worked on timing and the team was very communicative. Arrived on time as promised, worked quickly and cleaned up everything thoroughly. They quoted us 3 days but finished the job in 2 days instead.

These guys are amazing...long overdue review! Back in 2020 Josh came out and assessed our house in Gilroy. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He and Rick worked together to propose a system that was BETTER and CHEAPER than the other bids I received. Install day finally came and Josh asked their lead tech Matt to come and install the equipment. He was efficient and accommodating. They installed a vertical air handler to save space and a bigger than expected furnace. The ductwork guys taped up everything and insulated it perfectly. They even handled a last minute request to add a register for AC in the garage gym! I run an in-home TV install service based business and these guys exceeded my expectations! Fast forward four years and we bought a new house in Morgan Hill. We about instantly started having trouble with the AC units. I have a home warranty, but I knew Josh and Matt would be able to get me going fast and reliably. Matt came this morning and fixed one within ten minutes! The second one he diagnosed a bad board...figures as the unit is from 1996. Looking forward to working with these guys again. I would highly recommend them for reliable service, expert knowledge about heating and cooling and great pricing.
Our 20-year old furnace died on New Years Day and needed to be replaced in a hurry. Rick and his team did an outstanding job: they came over and provided a very cost-effective estimate the day after I contacted them and installed the furnace on a Saturday, only 2 days after I received the estimate. The Malibu crew did a very professional job: they arrived on time and cleaned up the inevitable debris after they were done. The new furnace is quieter and more efficient than the previous one. Highly recommended!
