Stylist: Polinet was my stylist and she did amazing! I went there to get help on dry hair and she was able to help me with a keratin treatment that left my hair so soft and smooth. She took her time and had time to do a touch up on my roots. I will be going with her from now on! Book an appointment with her and you won’t regret it !
The place is nice and clean and they played good music that keeps the good vibe going ! I totally recommend Polinet and the rest of the stuff seemed so polite and friendly!
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who does not do too much social media. She has been staying with me here in the Bay Area from Nevada. She normally colors her own hair with a box product because of bad experiences in the past, but I recommended she try going to a salon here and getting a pampered treatment of color, cut, and shampoo. I contacted Glow by phone and they had me send a photo of what color my mom was wishing to achieve. They were able to get her an appointment scheduled the same day. I was worried my mom wouldn't have a good experience because of her past experiences at other salons elsewhere and was crossing my fingers she would be satisfied. She was so happy with Marisol. She had the biggest smile on her face when I picked her up and said she was so happy with the results. Marisol was very personable with her and achieved her desired color along with giving her a nice cut to help provide fullness to her hair that has been thinning with age. Marisol did a wonderful job! My Mom definitely will be going back to her while she is here with us in the Bay Area.
