Dr Tran and her assistant were very nice, helpful, and professional. I went in for an eye exam and Dr. Tran took the time to explain in great detail my condition. I paid out of pocket and it was cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Fast and professional.

I have purchased 5 different pairs of glasses from Dr. Tran over the past 5 or 6 years. She is an excellent diagnostician and all the glasses have been the highest quality (much improved over the glasses I got online and/or through a certain "club members" only warehouse store.) I acknowledge that Dr. Tran is chatty and carries on a lot of conversation. I, personally, would rather have someone engage with me than be silent and treat me like I'm a non-entity with a credit card. She has always worked to accomodate the changes in my insurance (thanks employer) and tried to get me the best deal. Good glasses are expensive and the price companies charge for frames is piracy but she tries to work with me and my family. I appreciate that.
First time going there (for my annual eye check); definitely will be back. Extremely nice people, most pleasant to speak with, and unlike one of their competitors, they don't try to sell to you services and or materials you don't need. Only negative is, there was quite a wait (in the exam room).
