I have been coming to this nail salon for years and I have never been treated so poorly as I was yesterday. As many of the customers know you get a text shortly after you leave asking for feedback from you and unfortunately after giving them not so favorable feedback about the 2nd bad experience I have had with their nail technician Natalie (she uses table 6) I got a phone call from the owner bullying me because I put in writing that I had a bad experience. Mind you this feedback does not go on any public profiles but only directly to the owners. I have been going to this nail salon for roughly 6 years (mind you that is 72 visits if you go once a month) and out of all the times I have gone this is only the second time I have said I had a bad experience. I did not cause I scene in their salon and even tipped her even though I wasn't happy with the experience that took place. I was called a problem customer and that it was my fault for her treating me poorly because I was on a budget this month for my new set and could not afford a bunch of designs.
