“I’ve only been here once for a color correction; I didn’t like the design and paint job from another salon, so I came here just to have them file it off and repaint.

Overall, no complaints ; personally, I don’t think they have all the colors and options I would like so I wouldn’t come here on a regular basis, but I think this is a decent shop to stop by for some simple services.“

“I’ve been coming here for years and love the owner and her work.

I came on a day when the owner was not here. I asked for a facial and the employee was hesitant about doing a facial. Although she tried to convince me to do something else, all I wanted was a facial.

After a few minutes, she said she could do it.

However, she was so rushed and basically slapped my face with the products.
She only did 3 extractions and quickly placed the towel on my face. I was so confused at how quick she finished and left me in the room.

I felt so sad & disappointed. It wasn’t up to par with the facials I’ve received there.

I know the owner does phenomenal facials, which is why I felt so sad because I expected the same quality.

After the facial, the employee suggested I get my eyebrows threaded and still asked for a tip as well.

I will continue to come here but only when the owner is here.“
