I am not happy of my haircut. I requested my own hair style and she style it on her own.Too short

Requested style: I requested shoulder length and was cut on layers. Also used wrong hair color. I am not going back again.

I was reading the reviews before posting mine, overall my haircut turned out to be acceptable or ok because I did not stop complaining. First off, I wasn't happy the way the lady cut my hair. A straight hair cut was crooked and I don't want to spending extra $$ to have it fixed at another parlor. Plus if it can be repaired why not do it right there. The guy was nice enough to have taken over and fixed it. I felt relieved afterwards. Sigh of relief!! What i didn't appreciate was the lady's attitude. She kept of shaking her head and staring at me as if, she's going to say something nasty. I am customer for goodness sake. Finally, I told the guy he should stick to cutting hairs and his partner on the nail side.?

My husband is new to this area and had been looking for a salon that was more in line with the services he was accustomed to. Based on the reviews I read along with the professionalism I sensed, I booked his first appointment with Henry. He was pleased with how well he could cut and style his hair based upon a quick assessment of his preferences.
