T-mobile brought me to this place to bring my Galaxy S24 Ultra for screen repair under my device protection. I had a 2pm appointment, and as I walked in, I was greeted immediately and was checked in, which took less than a minute. I was quoted about 90 minutes, so I went to the outlets to shop for a bit. Came back about an hour and 20 minutes later, and my phone was ready and working perfectly. Thank you to the guy who took care of me, sorry I didn't catch your name. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a phone repair.
Luckily it wasn't anything major requiring me to get a new phone. But I took my iphone 13 pro max in to see if I could get some help with the frozen screen not wanting to work. Despite my efforts at home and youtube tutorials I coudln't figure it out. Walked in with an appointment I made online prior to arrival not knowing the full issue. I was met with a few button hold and reset and repaired! Silly enough maybe, but this mama was happy to not have to pivot her day and buy a new phone!
Had to drive 45 mins; to CPR Gilroy but it was worth it. They had Great Customer Service he’s fast took about 40 mins to an 1hr. He even charged my phone that was at 18%. I Highly recommended CPR. I will be going back unfortunately I have a 3 year old who love to throw things.
