We purchased our pool cover from Aquamatic Cover Systems 5 years ago. The installers were on time, very professional and did a great job. They took the time to be sure we were familiar with the operation of the cover before they left. It's been working flawlessly for 5 years, and of course is beginning to weather and wear due to use and the hot summer sun. It still works well and has some life left in it. I recently called them for some service work, as I wanted to replace the guides and some other normal wear parts. We’ve had our cover on our pool for 6 years.We’ve been extremely happy with the cover and will be contacting them for a replacement over the next year due to color fading. It’s worked flawlessly for the 6 years. Our pool has high solar loading, so the UV fading was expected. We highly recommend the product.

Update: Deborah gave me a call and really went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did she expedite my order, it's getting installed in a matter of days. I am so appreciative that Deborah got involved, and I was not expecting such an awesome turn around. She has restored my confidence and it's great to have someone like Deborah to help in a situation where I felt I was not getting any support prior. Want to point out that it is not only Deborah helping, I realize many other folks in the company are providing their time to make this happen as well - thank you all!
