I am so glad I found a trustworthy boarding facility that puts your dogs first! The booking process starts with an email that spells out what is included in the service plus a questionnaire so they can better understand the needs of your dog. Suzana provides you with all the details you need and if you have questions she gets back to you quickly. A contract and invoice is provided via email and then drop off and pick up times are set. They are by appointment so no drop ins but having a booked time makes sure you get individual attention at drop off and pickup. The boarding facility can accommodate any type of dog you have. Plenty of parking. They accept all major credit...read full review
My 1-year-old rescue terrier mix, Ollie, would bark excessively at people, either due to fear or excitement. This behavior made it challenging to have conversations with friends and family. Additionally, he lacked basic commands, further complicating certain situations. While Ollie is a sweet dog when it's just me and my family, he can be quite selective with visitors. After consulting with Rich, we concluded that board and train would be one of the better options for Ollie's improvement. When I picked up Ollie after a month, it was a night and day difference. Rich made training for both of us incredibly easy and straightforward. He answered all my questions and provided valuable insights into how to handle and understand my dog. I'm so grateful to Rich and his team and am excited to continue my dogs training.

He has this incredible personality that is smart, lovable and goofy but he has an underlying aggression that is a real liability. I used to say he was bi-polar but now refer to him as Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. For 2 years we tried many different methods but were never able...read full review
