“I’ve known of a couple of the tattoo artists here, but this was my first time visiting the shop for piercings. The piercer was very polite and friendly through messages beforehand. Unfortunately, my experience in person felt quite different.

I understand that there may have been difficult experiences with clients in the past, but I didn’t find the interaction to be very welcoming. It left me feeling a bit uncomfortable and hesitant about returning.

I also felt that the aftercare process and expectations were a little overwhelming, especially being asked to pay for follow-up checks that were requested by the piercer rather than by me. That part was confusing, and I think it could be explained more clearly.

The quality of the piercing itself was great, and I’m happy with the work. My only suggestion would be to approach clients a little more warmly and avoid making them feel inexperienced or uncomfortable when asking questions.

Overall, I really love the artwork and talent at the shop. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive, because with a more welcoming customer experience, it would be an even better place to visit.“

He designed and tattooed my sleeves and I’m ready for another one. Jiro is so creative and original. Every tattooist in this studio is very talented.
