Absolutely fantastic experience! Having someone so dedicated and detail-oriented work on our heater was a real pleasure. From start to finish, John was professional, courteous, and made sure every part of our system was inspected for top performance. after having several other companies and technicians look at my hvac system with no luck, i finally found real help. avery came out to check my furnace and was extremely patient and kind. he figured out the problem with my heater in just about thirty minutes, which really impressed me. he worked hard to fix everything, even though the space was small and uncomfortable. avery also pointed out other issues with my system and showed me some damage left behind by other companies that could have been unsafe for my family. i’m really thankful for the honest and skilled service. my home is comfortable again, just in time for the warm california weather.
We live in an older home in Gardena and recently decided to finish our basement. We needed help with our heater, so we contacted Rama Air & Heating & Cooling to install a new high-efficiency furnace.
