Gardena Physical Therapy
“I’ve been coming here for a couple months, and to address the negative reviews — I understand the sentiment but as a patient/client, you need to be just as engaged in your recovery journey as much as they are in treating you. If you’re not doing the work to inform yourself outside of PT, then don’t expect to be taken serious; I’m sure it’s the same wherever you go. This office sees hundreds of people every year so it’s pretty selfish to be expecting to be treated like royalty. I really appreciate their staff from the receptionists to Laura to the PT aids to the clinic manager. Each of the PTs/aids bring a unique perspective to how they approach treatment so I like how they rotate their staff in helping each client because, personally, it gives me new methods to try outside the clinic.
Just like anything in life, if you want to see successful results, you need to put in the work beyond what’s being given. Physical therapy is not a place to bring entitlement; they are literally making a living by helping you fix your body.”
