I called for service and Justin was at our house a few hours later that same day. We needed a new water heater. Our existing water heater was very old and draining it was a challenge but Justin had a fix to resolve the problem. The new installation is clean and working well. We also had another construction project going on in the kitchen and the area was a mess so I appreciated the thorough final cleanup when the job was done. Justin does a great job of explaining what is needed and what he is doing to resolve any problems. It was a big project and the job was very well done.
We have had Justin out for two plumbing jobs in the last couple of months and in both cases he was keeping us constantly informed of what he was doing and and the work was performed promptly and perfectly. He is really good when there seems to be no clear direction to go on a job in detecting the smallest clue to how to complete the work the right way. He also came up with an answer to a plumbing complication that has stymied us for almost half a year (we have gas appliances for one condo unit mysteriously connected to the other condo unit's gas meter). We hope to have him out to correct the problem in the near future.
Justin was great! Always on-time, personable, informative and knowledgeable. He was always suggesting the best way to fix my plumbing problem. He explained everything he was doing in detail and did it in a way I could understand. Thanks Justin.
