Jorge did an amazing job. He assisted me with two drains in my home and didn’t leave until he made sure they were unclogged . One of the tubs he ran the snake through and it didn’t unclog, but he made sure he didn’t leave until they got fixed Great price and great employee thank you, Jorge
First time using Mike Diamond. Techs were in communication with me regarding a time frame. Professional, friendly and got right to the issue. Explained the issue thoroughly and offered a couple ways to fix issue for good. Definitely will use them again when needed. Thank you!
Jorge Figueroa is the plumber to call if you can book him! We've had him before only once but we decided to call him again and the same great service we had the first time didn't change at all. He's so knowledgeable and he was very courteous and conscious to keep his workspace and the area he was repairing as clean as possible. After he first fixed our issue, we had some issues come up with some leaks and he was able to diagnose it with some camera equipment and assistantance from his teammate Jorge Torres and they both helped me understand the underlying issues with the plumbing in my home and offered me some estimates for treatment in the near future.... read full review
