I was introduced to this sauna about nine years ago.. me and my best friend would make this a weekly treat. I had to revisit last year. and just remembered that as my happy place wonderful service very friendly staff. I just made an appointment for tomorrow

i went with my mom and we LOVED it!! definitely will be coming back. they provide you with everything (locker with key, towels, robe, shampoo, body wash, even sterilized hairbrushes in case u forget one) and the best part is there is no rush. you can stay as long as you want or need and have a full day of relaxation. absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax that includes sauna, steam room, hot salt water pool, etc.

Even though I went on a Sunday afternoon, it wasn’t crowded and I was able to book a scrub last minute. Nice facility and helpful staff. There’s a cast of regulars that seem to know each other, which was really nice.
Next time I go, I’ll need to figure out how the snack bar works. There’s a posted menue but doesn’t seem to have a kitchen.
