I am a repeat customer and I have been since 2015. There were times in the past that i had my nails done elsewhere either because of my work location or force of habit to walk in. Having done that has been a hit and miss satisfaction ; no guarantees of walking out happy. And then there is FIRST LADY NAIL SALON .... always my quiet place with the reassurance of being well taken cared of. This place is not just about pretty nails ... unlike the last walk in place I've been. Yep! The fact that Mary gave me a good advice .. "next time tell them to ... " she was not about to bash the last nail technician and she wasn't even telling me to switch to her ...... read full review

They have great colors & patience but it's old school if you want traditional looks this place is perfect. They even remember their clients names. If you are looking for what you see on TT, They have very limited info on those things.

I made an appointment for 11 AM and I think I got seen around 1130 on a Saturday morning. I was a little upset but I told them I was in a rush because I had a full day of stuff planned. June was very accommodating, reassured me she'll get me out as fast as she can. She's sooo sweet and i had an idea for what I wanted in my nails but didn't choose the colors prior so we literally came up with these fall inspired nails together. She mixed two shades of red/ pink to get this deep maroon and we picked the neutral light brown at last minute. She also added the gold at the very end asking "oh how about this."
