Bad service ruined my hair. Blamed me for dying my hair black. Which I didn't I had 100% virgin hair. Why would I lie and ruin my hair. Very aggressive. Damaged my hair, left bleach in my hair over 2 hours. Still proceeded to charge me. When she finished my hair said "it looks fine". Unprofessional.
