I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary hospital and the care they provided for my dog during such a stressful situation. When he was diagnosed with an intestinal blockage, I was understandably worried, but the entire team made the experience so much easier to handle.

The veterinarian was incredibly transparent about both the treatment plan and the costs, which I truly appreciated. They took the time to walk me through every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with the decisions being made. That level of communication made a huge difference.

They acted quickly to treat my dog, and their sense of urgency gave me a lot of reassurance that he was in the best hands. The follow-up appointments were just as thorough and thoughtful, showing they genuinely care about their patients even after the initial treatment.

Overall, their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency eased my mind during a really tough time. I’m so grateful for the care they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy and attentive veterinary care.

Very bad experience. They are just looking to charge you and no service .paid over one thousand for dental (cleaning and removing few)They sent my dog home with burning her body .

This place is amazing! I’m so grateful for the care of my baby girl dog Lolis. Dr. Seo practically saved her life. His diagnosis was correct, generalized tetanus, and with the proper treatment she recovered and is doing great. I commend all the staff as well for their caring demeanor toward my dog and my family. All my love for you guys. Keep up the good work!!!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Economico has been our go to with all our 4 dogs. For a long time we were convinced they were great until they weren’t. Extremely expensive. My husky has been treated here for anal gland abscess. He’s had anal gland repair 2 yrs ago. Fast forward February 2026 my husky was brought in for anal gland expression, bleeding for a a few days and told it was normal. Bleeding continued for 2 weeks. Brought him back $75 for a check up. They tell me he needs a second surgery for the same issue. The MADE ME pay surgery upfront $1,570. I get a call back minutes later to tell me his surgery was on pause due to abnormal results. I come in, my poor baby had kidney failure… they start explaining options. While me and my mother are crying the doctor has so sympathy and threw expenses at us. With everything he said I was look at 8k-10k. We understood how serious it was but only option was pay extremely high prices or euthanasia. They didn’t even care to let me know he had an actual infection or give me medication to treat the infection. And I was $1,500 out of pocket waiting to be refunded.

We left and looked for another option else where. And guess what ? He didn’t need surgery and was treated with antibiotics and he’s good. They were correct on kidney failure. But since then have found a new vet who actually cares and is at half the cost is this place. We now have a treatment plan in motion. And you can tell they genuinely care for your pets.

In 2023 I was down on my luck and so poor I was living in a trailer with no running water. I had befriended a local feral cat who was pregnant, and one day I came home and noticed blood running down the backs of her legs. I rushed her to Economico because they did emergency care and I assumed because of the name that they were affordable. It turned out they were not affordable - my cat needed an emergency C section and they refused to do it unless I paid $3000 in full before they started. They would not accept CareCredit or work with me on a payment plan. They were rude to me and my mom and judgmental about the fact that this cat wasn’t spayed. Thanks to my mom and other loving people in my life I was able to pay for the surgery, but it took hours before I figured out the money and they were able to operate on her - hours that my cat spent in pain. They were not at all sympathetic to the fact that a cat I loved may be dying. At one point I broke down crying in front of the vets office (was not allowed inside due to protocols at the time) and another patron asked me what was wrong and I told her what was happening. I guess she made a complaint on my behalf because I then had a vet tech come out and berate me about making their business look bad.

All of that wasn’t enough to make me write a bad review, but fast forward three years later. I am now much more financially stable and the cat in the story is now my beloved pet. For two years she’s had a really sensitive stomach and thrown up way more than cats normally do. I tried switching her to a food for cats with sensitive stomachs, keeping her on a strict feeding schedule, making sure the other cats in the house don’t stress her out while she’s eating, cleaned her food and water bowls multiple times a day, and it would work for a while but then she’d start to throw up again. Yesterday she threw up six times and I took her into my new vet who I trust much more than Economico. They took x rays that were concerning enough they decided to operate on her. It turns out that the vet at Economico botched her C section so badly it was causing her stomach to fill up with fluid, which in turn was inflaming her pancreas. Thankfully they were able to mostly fix the damage, but she’s been sick and suffering for years because of this vet’s lack of care.

So while I wasn’t trying to turn anyone away from their business years ago (despite their accusations), I absolutely am now. Take your pet literally anywhere else. The team at Economico is incredibly callous and careless towards both pets and their owners. If I had known how much my cat would suffer because of this I would’ve NEVER gone anywhere near this place. Save your money and more importantly save your pet’s health

I had such an impressive experience at the vet yesterday. Dr. Seo was incredibly attentive, and staff were friendly. They took the time to clearly explain everything about my pet’s care. I truly felt that my coco was treated with compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care!

To start with bad customer service they don’t explain very well I came here to get my dog check before traveling and I pay EVERYTHING AND I TOLD THEM IM COMING BACK WITH MY DOG to the US can I come back with this same paper and someone from the front desk told me yes it’s valid for 15 days
But now
“supposedly I didn’t want the paperwork ?
if I knew I needed a USDA PAPER
to come back in with my dog I would’ve obviously get it!
And I even ensure them I was coming back with my dog and they said with the same paper, I was good to come back in to the US but that’s wasn’t truth!
Now they’re saying that they can’t do nothing
