Amazing, I took my boyfriend here because he wanted a hair perm and needed a hair cut desperately. We were losing hope as we couldn't find any places where he can get a hair perm soon enough. We called several places but they couldn't do it or wanted us to wait weeks. However when we called here, the stylist was so helpful and nice. She accommodated a spot for us the day and time that worked best for us. My boyfriend had pinned straight hair so we wanted a wavy natural perm. This is my favorite hair salon! Cindy is wonderful and always makes me feel beautiful. I moved to Santa Cruz five years ago and I always go to Diva to get my hair cut whenever I'm in So Cal. Also I love the music videos that are always on! This is definitely worth the trip. Great skillful stylists, wonderful customer service and fun music!

The barber didn't listen what I need. She was rushing, burned my skin with a hairdryer. when I asked why she was doing what she was doing, didn't get a clear answer. Asked to make a general long hair trim, and general bangs nothing special. She became creative.. not in the good way.. now I have to grow hair for a long time :( Her name was Clara or something like that. Worst 60$ cut..
