I'm a commercial real estate broker and called Central Roofing to inspect the roof on 2 commercial properties we own, and they provided quotes for both buildings very quickly. They were very honest in that they told us the roof on 1 of the buildings was in very good shape and did not need any repairs/maintenance. The other building ended up needing some minor repairs/maintenance in which they were able to go out to the building and complete the repairs within the same week. I put off this roof project because I though it was going to be a miserable experience. Brendan Jones at Central Roofing proved me wrong. A true professional, he answered all my questions and developed an excellent roofing system and bid the job fairly and very competitively. The project was scheduled in less than three weeks after the bid was accepted and work was completed on time, as promised. Not only did Central Roofing exceed my expectations, but I was updated constantly by Brendan with photos of the job's progress. Could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Central Roofing for your roof project.
