Horrible wait times. My mom had an appointment at 11am and she got there 10:40am. It’s 12:20pm and she has yet to be seen. Yes I’m writing this as she waits.

Bad experience since my treatment started, they canceled several appointments at the last minute, during my last appointment it took 5 hours after my scheduled time for the doctor to see me for about 15 minutes, right now it is already 90 minutes late

This place is really a disaster, I have been here for the same problem with not positive results, on one my previous appointments I had to wait for 5 hours and the doctor did not resolve my problem, called for a new appointment and they book me with a wrong doctor, they book me again for today and I am here, the doctor is behind again and I do not know how much longer I have to wait since the personnel here can't estimate it

Two hours after my scheduled appointment i was told that I have to wait for two more hours, I did canceled this appointment because I am no willing to wait for 4 hours, but I did not get another appointment until 08/25/2025, one month later

Really bad experience here. While doing the deep cleaning doctor cut/burn side lip. Couldn’t even eat the 1st day and here I am with second day and lip still hurts even to talk it burns. Wished they were more careful with this type of work. Hope no one has experienced this type of incident here!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. My girlfriend recently suffered from a dry socket, and when she went in for help, they did not prescribe any medication or provide proper care. Instead, they simply cleaned the area and left her in tears from the pain. It felt like they were more focused on making money than on providing compassionate care. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place! All they care about is $$$ so do not go if on medic aid.

Not late when it’s time for a patient amazing customer service and caring.Not harsh on
the teeth and with kids they guide them through the process. highly recommend also very clean.I don’t go to any other orthodontist

This organization has the worst customer service ever. Find somewhere else to go you have to fight to understand the treatment plan go somewhere else

If you want fast service this is not the place for you. Usually you will wait in the waiting room for 30 or more minutes. And wait even longer once they have you on your drntist seat. And the place is fricken freezing. Plan at least 2 to 3 hours for a check up and cleaning.

But they are good, affordable, professional and nice. So I stay. You just need to plan for these inconveniences and you will be fine.
