Roxana R. Was great in explaining getting braces and the maintenance. I highly recommend coming to this location :). The girl who explained everything to me was thorough and answered any of my questions .I think her name was Leslie. I liked how the office was clean and staff were all friendly. I also saw the other reviews and I must say if you lack insurance that is your choice. Do not complain about the prices because that is what they charge based on the exam because you did not take care of your teeth . If you wanted to go to another country and get your teeth fixed then do so since you have all that money but don’t bash a company because of the quote you received...read full review

Roxana. R was very detailed and patience taking my impressions. She made me feel very comfortable. And Dr. Swish is the BEST! Immediately I entered the office, she waved to me saying good morning. That, itself was an ice on the cake.Unfortunately, the billing coordinator wasn't appropriate at all. I went in to replace my broken lower retainer. She came to me without introducing herself. She opened the computer and told me you're paying $150. I then said "what's your name and who are you?" Then, she introduced herself and kept telling me to pay. Roxanna R at Western Dental is such a fast paced worker. She always makes sure me and her other patients are comfortable. I really appreciate her being so thoughtful and always asking if I feel any pain while the process goes on. Everyone at Western Dental is so welcoming and friendly!
