We are incredibly grateful to our restoration contractor and their team for the outstanding work they did restoring our rental home after it was damaged by a fire. RonDell was recommended to us by our our home insurance provider to renovate a bathroom from the late 60's or early 70's which had issues such as water damage, lead, mold, and asbestos. Nathan, who handled our case, couldn't have been better. There were so many random issues, delays, and setbacks throughout the entire process...none of which were their fault. I can't get into the specifics because the details are personal, suffice to say that Nathan's patience and professionalism carried the day, and is the reason why the project was able to reach a conclusion we were more than satisfied with. This review is long overdue. RonDell did an excellent job restoring my home and flooring from water damage. Our project manager was Adrian and he was fantastic! He was responsive and communicative. He worked very well with our insurance provider and got all necessary work approved by them. Adrian was patient and thoroughly explained everything from beginning to end and in between. He was organized and able to line up all the work crews to complete their work seamlessly to a point where everything was completed well within the proposed timeline.
