We recently contacted Tom to have the PureAir filter of our HVAC unit cleaned. The technician, Roy, came on time, very courteous and professional. He spent almost 2 hours to clean the filters and to complete the maintenance process in the most thorough and careful manner. We are particularly impressed with Roy's attention to detail. Before leaving, Roy tested the unit and cleaned up the area where he performed his task. We can tell a company's quality through its employees. We are very pleased and want to express our thanks to Tom and Roy.
Tom and his team put in a 4-ton Goodman furnace for my home about a month ago. The price is fair, and the work done well, clean, and prompt. I am having the PureAir team coming to do another job soon. This time my air conditioning unit.
Recently had my Heating and air replaced by two of their employees, Duc and Rony. Both were super polite and helpful to us by asking us if it was ok to put down floor mats as they went in and out of the home, keeping the doors closed so that our indoor cat wouldn’t get out and providing us updates as things went along. I was impressed at how they got all the replacing and installation done within a day. Would definitely recommend again at how efficient the company completed everything!
