After the repair, the air conditioner is working to some extent and has started cooling, but the indoor temperature remains stuck at 84 degrees and won't come down; furthermore, the airflow is much weaker than before.

The service was quickly scheduled, and the technician, Chad, was great! He was punctual, assessed the situation, which was actually a piping leak (vs what we thought might have been condensation from the AC), provided thorough explanation every step of the fix, and then reviewed what was done with me at the end.
