I’ve been going to this gym for a month and I absolutely love it. They make it so easy to be consistent and accomplish your goals. The 6am classes are a great way to start my days.There’s an app to join a classes to set up your week with group training or you can also sign up to have private training. Have a sports injury? There’s a recovery area. Need nutrition advice? They can help.This place is like a one stop shop for all your health and fitness needs

I absolutely love coming here. Going into a gym and trying to figure out how to plan out your workouts can be challenging. It can make people feel nervous or have anxiety - but not here! You can see everyone truly loves to help others and your goals. I've been going to the 6am classes with Hailey and I love how motivating and informative her classes are. There's also another area for solo workouts or private classes. I've had private training classes with Adan and he's extremely educated in health and fitness. Primitive by Swole is a great, boutique gym experience for those looking to get into lifting or those with busy schedules who just need a space and someone else to do their programming.Smaller class sizes really allow coaches to give individual attention when needed and the programming is intentional with progression in mind. In class, they offered modifications for every level as well. Top of the line equipment and higher end touches such as towel service. They also have options to use their open gym space and other recovery amenities if you’re looking for the full package and have a slightly larger budget.
