Moving from California to Alabama so many account problems and I call Cypress they immediately respond, fix the problems on this end and do it with a great attitude and complete professionalism. So grateful for the quality of service they provide every single time Highly recommend ♥♥♥

I love massage envy! Have been a member for years and tried many locations, but the Cypress location is one of my favorites! They are so warm and welcoming. I feel so taken care of. They make everything so smooth and seamless. Their customer service is 10/10 and they truly care about their clients. I love Kennedy, she always knows best for my facials. I can’t wait to keep trying more services.
