I call and ask for a male massage therapist the guy said we have one but he's busy come in at 4PM. I arrived at 4PM. He said he is still busy but I will do the massage. I told him I was looking for a Thai massage He didn't use any Thai methods half way through the massage he said his wife called, but was obviously gay. He wanted to refund me 10 dollars for a massage that cost 47 dollars This was the worst experience ever. No one should go to this place not clean or professional . I am reporting this organization to the BBB Very disappointed clients

poor service, and ask too much tips, not professional massage. The massage woman look like 60's years old and her name is Lily. At the end of service asked "Anything else or some speical massage do you want to try？" I think so funny the old woman want or hungry the money to crazy. Dont go.......

This place sucks! I paid $40 for there one hour massage and got a crappy less than 30 minutes massage. Not only did they have me wait 15 minutes for a masseuse, they were not even wearing face masks! Come on COVID-19 is still out there. They should be enforcing face mask for the safety of their employees and customers. I asked for a hard massage and all they did was rub my back. I asked if they can go harder and refuse to do so. I just got up and walked out. I spoke with the manger and another female owner went to rub my back, but she had rough dry hands with calluses, eww.
