This is my second review for this place. Acne has been an issue that made me extremely uncomfortable and insecure. Some of my breakouts were so severe that they caused fever and bleeding. The reason I chose this place is because I chose Kim. She is skilled and truly dedicated. She is straightforward and doesn't use flowery words, but the results I received were a noticeably improved complexion.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months, and the results have truly impressed me! I’ve tried many treatments in the past — including TCA and CO2 ProFractional — but none of them worked as well as this. After meeting Kim, everything changed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely cares about helping with acne scars. My skin has improved so much after just two sessions! The price is absolutely worth it for the amazing results and care you get. Highly recommend Kim to anyone struggling with acne scars — she’s the best!

I booked a deep cleansing facial and was completely blown away by the results. The spa itself is so serene and welcoming. I felt relaxed the moment I stepped in.
My esthetician was amazing, super thorough and attentive. She took the time to analyze my skin and explain everything she was doing throughout the process. By the end of the session, my pores looked smaller, my complexion was noticeably brighter, and my skin felt so soft and smooth. It’s exactly what I needed to reset my skin.
I highly recommend booking a deep cleansing facial here. It’s definitely going to be part of my regular skincare routine now!

This is my favorite place when I go to Garden Grove too much and need a facial. When the spa is crowded, you have to make an appointment in advance to understand how hot it is. I think part of it is due to the owner's enthusiastic hospitality and solid experience in beauty, enough to meet all customers' needs. I like this mindset of the owner "customers care about regular beauty care as an obligation, not following some trend that quickly fades." Will stop by again when coming to Garden Grove

Mình rất thích sự thân thiện trong cách phục vụ của các chị nhân viên .Chị chủ thì rất nhẹ nhàng và mát tay trong việc lấy mụn ,vì mình là người khá nhát và sợ đau..và cũng vô tình gặp người quen ở xa đến đây để trị mụn. I'm so glad I found this place after many failed attempts with other spas. The owner is very knowledgeable about the skin conditions. I'm super impressed with her pimple extracting skills; it's quick and painless. After the treatment, I am able to go out without getting the attention of others. Another thing that I would like to mention is she didn't push me to get any special treatment that my skin needs like other spas; she just recommended that I should do a basic one since it's my first time with her. But since becoming a member has so many benefits and discounts throughout the year, and thus, I decided to join. I'm so happy to make the right choice. The treatment room is very clean and cozy, and the owner herself and her staffs make me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!

The best spa in town. Anh Kim is professional and informative. She is very particular about acne treatment. I tried many places but it did not work. My friend recommended me her and I decided to give myself a try. You know what, she does an amazing job. My face is getting much much better. It cleans and clear now, I really can tell. I love NAK spa. Also, make sure you join her membership, it will save your pocket a lot, trust me. I strongly recommend this place for those who are struggling with acne. She will be your life saver.
