Came to Kim for the nano brow service. I have full brows and don’t necessarily need to fill them in but I did need help with balancing out my eyebrows as one was slightly higher than the other (couldn’t grow the hair out to fix naturally) and I needed a few strokes at the end of one eyebrow. Just small touch ups to perfect my brows naturally. I have only had my first session and her strokes looked natural, the color was just right and I have already scheduled my touch up appt. I originally contacted Kim to set up lamination for my eyebrows. I didn’t read her services through and asked that she fit me in her schedule sooner that her availability- she agreed. I paid the deposit and went back to her page just to realize that she is a tattoo artist for eyebrows and not lamination/tint. I asked for my deposit back even though I made an error in booking. She was very gracious and agreed to refund my deposit back. She was very accommodating, professional and responsive. I really appreciate her being kind and refunding my deposit! What an honest person!
