Thanh is great! She always does a great job cutting my brother's hair. She's also been able to help correct my nephew's hair a few times after he went and got it butchered by some other hair salon place. There usually isn't a very long wait time, if any. You can either do walk-ins or call ahead for an appointment. They're pretty flexible with this. The customer service here is what you'd expect for a Vietnamese place -- not very welcoming or over the top. They usually just talk to each other and occasionally the person they're cutting hair for.
