My early teen daughter wanted nails for a special occasion but I was very hesitant about anything requiring a drill. My daughter was told by a friend to go to K4 bc there is a gal there that is really good with designs. So, when we walked in I had an in depth convo with a man and a woman that both worked there about ensuring there was no drilling at all. They were concerned that they would not stay on but I let them know they only needed to last a week or 10 days and I'm ok with them not lasting as long. They agreed to no drill. The guy that prepped her nails was using a file and then added the extensions and passed her on to the gal that does the rest of the work.... read full review
The place is very clean and everyone is polite. Unfortunately, the place burned down a few weeks ago. Based on the news article I read, the dry cleaners next door caused the fire. It may take a while for the business to rebuild. The entire place was engulfed, and the roof collapsed.
Great service but I was disappointed. My nail technician hit the plastic screen forward (accidentally of course) which caused my cell phone to fall upon the tile floor. The back of my phone shattered as a result. I was given nothing more than an "I am sorry", no offer to help fix it or even discount my manicure at this point. It is frustrating because I am not a confrontational person but now I must foot the hefty repair bill.Service: Manicure
