Although service is always excellent in this place today I felt the staff was completely unprofessional. The kid manning the front told me that he had just opened (10 am) and that I would have to wait because his friend had been waiting longer than me. I waited for about forty fifty minutes. Totally unprofessional. Hopefully this doesn’t become a trend. Lost time that I’m never getting back.
I've been coming here for a while now and I'm always impressed by how beautiful my hair looks afterwards! The girl that cuts my hair listens to exactly what I say, if I tell her to only cut half an inch, she only cuts half and inch. I've gone to other places where they don't listen and cut off whatever length they want but not here. They were super sweet and the prices are very reasonable!
Okay I was nervous to cut my hair, but my stylist Vianey said she wouldn't do too much. She did exactly what I asked for and even styled it after. Would definitely come here again.
