I needed a specific ph tester for a business trip for a consultation. I was charged on the day I ordered which was this past Monday. The instrument was to arrive Thursday in time for my flight early Monday morning. Now the weekend is here, Grainger is closed and my tester has not arrived and will not before my business trip. Beware of Grainger, they take your money up front and take zero responsibility for delivery. FedEx also to blame here because they failed to meet the deadline.

I went to this Grainger location with no knowledge of the parts I needed for air compressor tank fittings and Ron helped me figure out the parts I needed, Ron went beyond from finding the correct fittings and thread size in there catalog. Ron exceeds his work.
