Ruby was great but I am pissed that the spa provided no news to its customers. I had a waxing package and used 3 out of the 4. They simply just closed with no word. The only blessing I got out of this was finding a new place and new treatment (sugaring).

I have lots of friends that had prepaid packages here and now can't even use them. Major bummer! Polished Rx in Long Beach is offering discounted specials for them though!

Ruby is great and I'm glad to know where she is now - she is 5 stars. The business is a 1. So mad that they closed after I bought a facial package.

Business availability is not consistent here and no one answers the phone. The place has been temporarily shut down now like twice in 2019 and they do not notified you that the office is closed. I only knew cause I had an upcoming appointment a couple of days out that I had to reschedule and a recorded message indicated the office was temporarily closed. Why would management / office personnel not make calls out to everyone that had an appointment to let them know is beyond not good customer service.

This place has up and closed on its customers. I was in the middle of laser hair removal treatments,which I paid in full for, and they canceled my appointment and closed their doors. No refund. No sorry. Nothing.

Just got here for a free vitamin shot promotion if there anniversary and it's 10:49 am and it states there open but they are all locked up and nobody here at all!!!!!!! Don't go here !!!!

This place is running a scam. I thought it was odd when they gave me a discount and asked for cash only. Come to find out they water down their Botox to almost nothing. Just threw away $300 with no results whatsoever. Stay away

Ruby is the absolute best. I came in with craters on my face a few years back. She did extractions and peels to bring my skin back to life. Also gave me a regime that keeps my skin incredible. THANK YOU!!!!

I had a wonder Glow Facial, Extraction, and Micro-Current Treatment with Ruby Ramirez. She was very professional and explained each treatment as she was working!! My skin feels hydrated and is glowing! I am so happy I decided to treat myself and I highly recommend Ruby!
