“One of the most honest and ethical guy we've ever met! We had a heavily stained mattress from a previous tenant and hired him to clean our mattress. He arrived within a reasonable time frame range. After trying to clean and deodorize our mattress, many of the stains were still visible. Even though the mattress was unsalvagable (not his fault as we had no idea how long these stains lasted until the tenant left), he did not feel comfortable taking our money, even though we still wanted to compensate him for his time and effort. It's really refreshing to work with someone who really values their quality of work. Super nice guy too!“
“Good people! Hansel was very helpful and responsive, and the contractors were professional. Hansel was really good about walking me through the process and giving me straightforward helpful advice. We had to have two bedrooms abated and remediated and it was done in a timely manner. They were also really good about getting me the documentation and letting me know what tests and surveys and other things I needed, like hooking up the AQMD stuff. Cheers guys.“
