I stayed at this facility. It's very clean pleasant the staff is amazing. You'll have a great experience here specially Zack he was always on point with everything and Celeste is super Duper in my book. I gave them both 100 stars but I know I only can give five on here, I recommend this and I am so grateful and appreciate the flexibility and CNS for their service. Thanks again..

Staff was nice & study went well but am having a horrible time getting tax forms which is ridiculous. I've only gotten the run around. I will be contacting the irs to see what can be done at this point !

We did the COVID flu study which the procedure took 10 hours in their office to complete. What an embarrassment. All type of folk mainly poor. They gave me a cash card and it's been 2 days and the card is not loaded with my $330. I never did a survey for this company and I never will return. They do take care of you with clean restrooms, snacks,coffee and sandwich but they are not very organized and if you donate your time you should be compensated; They have the nerve to make you fill out a w2 federal tax form and if you refuse they withhold 25% of your stipend. This study is only $800 but (tv commercials state $1,700 )and taxes don't even have to be filed for that.amount. Also the only candidates allowed to be on the study if and only if you have had booster Covid-19 and this study gives you a random booster or placebo. Disappointed as bills need to be paid.

I recently completed a short term paid study here. The facility was nice and clean. The rooms were private with TV. The staff were all extremely nice and even fun. The food was good and I was given plenty. They pride themselves on paying quickly and when I checked, they had paid me the very next day. Obviously from reading the comments, everyone has their own experience...mine was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it and do it again. Special thanks to Sandy and OC!

My brother was forced by workman's comp to live in this facility, after a year and a half of his injury. He lives in Las Vegas and left his home with a lot of promise of a private room, and they would continue his care with doctors visit for his urinary issues and his back. He was also promise that he would have full control of his medication.They have denied him is medication several times and they told me that he will not be seeing a doctor for is urinary issues.The room does not have a tv in it, they are not allowed to have one in the rooms. Most people enjoy watching tv in their bed to fall asleep, so forget that ideal.I feel this a more like a drug rehab center then a place for someone to have a place to relax after they have worked for 6 hours in Ot and Pt.My brother wakes up at 3 am and has in the last 20 years of work. I was told that I could take him on a Saturday morning out of the facility. The woman I talked to said that if I picked him up at 6 am that it would disrupt the house, she said 8 am. When I went to the house there was no one in the room next to him, the patient was out on a weekend leave. I ask the woman of that shift in the home, if I could pick him up at 6 am so we could have breakfast. She said that would be fine. He called me to inform me they would not releases him till 8 am. I informed them that I was driving in from Oceanside 2 and a half hours away and that I guess I would have to sit in front of the house! I arrived at 5:44 am. My brother had enough and walk out the door at 7, we are old and enjoy our breakfast early.We are very disappointed in this place.

They are short staffed so anything they do takes too long.Employees are not happy because they are overloaded with work I can see, hear and feel that, because of that the quality of work is very low.The food is not good at all rated 1 star or less always not fresh looks like left over and cooked using the cheapest materials very unhealthy quality.Mattresses are very old uneven and not comfortable, I had to go to a chiropractor after my stay.
