Overall, a disappointing experience. I believe that if you have a business, you should promptly respond to inquiries via email or phone number, especially if you have a website. Why have a form for customers to fill out on your site when you don't even look at them? I had something urgent I needed to attend, and so that required a quick reply from makeup artists and eyebrow/eyelash technicians to see what their availability is. Lost a potential customer for lack of communication and professionalism.

Joy was the best! Went in with my mother in law for a henna brow shading and lash lift! And loved the results! Even though my lashes weren't able to be lifted due to thickness and stubbornness! We will definitely be coming back!
