Been with this dentist for a year. Our first visit all they told us was we needed night guards which we never heard before even from our old dentist of 9+ years. They are not friendly and never greeted you when you walked in. When I needed an implant due to my old crown failed, they never told us what they are going to do and how much it cost, just assumed our insurance will cover it. Our insurance required to pre-approve any procedure done, they never submitted such information needed even though I ask multiple times to send them. Who really needs a crown made of gold and a custom-made abutment? The bottom line is just go there for cleaning but run away if you have major dental work done; you will end up paying for it.

My new dentist is amazing! I waited more than one year and a few visits to leave an honest review. I started coming to Dr Carly when I moved to the area and found her to be very easy to talk to and professional. Dr Carly and the staff are very approachable. She has given me good advice and explains everything she does. She makes sure that I am comfortable, is thorough and takes her time..a true perfectionist. I am more than happy with my results. This review is long overdue. I've been to three other dental offices in the area before, and I'm happy to say I've found my forever dentists at Andrade Dental Family. I've been a patient of Andrade Dental Family since 2020 and have been very happy at this office. They take care of our entire family, including our 7, 5, and 3 year old children. Dr. Carly and Dr. Andrade have a conservative approach when it comes to dentistry--they've never pushed us to do excessive dental work. They have high standards so they only recommend the most trusted specialists. They follows up with their referrals, communicating with specialists to update each other on their patients' treatments (other offices don't, which is frustrating as a patient). Dr. Carly takes her time with each patient, and is more than happy to answer my questions without rushing out. The dental hygienist took care of my dental cleanings even with braces and wires on, which I greatly appreciated. This office offers extended hours AND Saturdays because they understand that not everyone can take time off from work or school to go in during weekdays. Andrade Dental Family knows that their work speaks for itself, and that happy patients will recommend them. Try them out!
