i had a very bad neck and head _shoulder pain , went into this place and lady by the name of KiKI, very professional, gave me a nonstop 1 hour massage. I came our of place head and neck and shoulder much improved. I would go back.

I recently visited 5 Star Body & Foot Massage and was blown away by the exceptional service! The therapists were highly skilled, applying just the right pressure to relieve my tension. The ambiance was relaxing, clean, and professional.

I came in earlier to book a 90 minute massage and was told to come back because no one was currently available. I came back an hour later and was able to book it. I was told to pay $60 for the 90 minute massage. An hour into the massage, the woman told me that she wanted to cut the massage to 60 minutes because they are getting busy. She said that she'll give me back $15 for the 30 minutes remaining. I told her for a 90 minute massage, it's $20 for each 30 minutes. We kept going back and forth with the refund and finally said she'll finish the massage. The rest of the massage was crap. She was basically just rubbing oil on my feet. Talk about bait and switch! Very shady business! Also, the staff are in different rooms, they just kept shouting to talk to each other. No respect for their customers to be able to relax.

Lady who massaged me kept answering the phone and leaving the room. My 60 minute massage turned into 45 minutes. The only time she excused herself (out of the 10 times she walked out) was to get hot towels/stones. She stopped massaging me every time she answered the phone. Wasn't relaxing.
