She took the time to give me a full tour, explained everything thoroughly, let me smell all the different lotions so I could find one I liked, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel judged or pressured.
Her kindness, patience, and knowledge made the whole experience so enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making their clients feel comfortable, and it really shows.
