They fixed some ductwork a handyman ripped/broke. Their price for this work was reasonable and the quality of the work performed was very good. They also came out quickly in the middle of an extreme heatwave, so I really appreciate that. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again.

I had a York system installed in 2006 and it lasted 22 + years, i had it replaced with a RHEEM furnace in 2019 works very well until a recent fan blow out! Service was requested this week and Courtney responded with great feedback and a return appt. .. Mr. BEE Giddens technician showed up requested some info from owner checked my system and was quick to diagnose fan problem as worn out! Thanks to the Giddens team for there quick response time very much appreciated. Mr. Bee said I should hear back soon have a great day!

Heat Pump install (electric air and heat)..... we are more than happy with our switch from traditional HVAC! Giddens provided Great service, attentive customer response from the office, helped us with the rebates and credits. Techs have your best interest in mind - and we look forward to working with them again on our whole-house fan.
