Came for free termite inspection. Came on time. Was pleasant and tidy. Knowing that the last inspection was 4+ years old, came back with recommendation that, "No action needed". I was stunned.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Termike is your guy!!!! I've been quoted ridiculous prices and taken advantage of by so many contractors, but Mike was truly such a breath of fresh air. He's knowledgeable, professional, fair, and kind. From the get go, he is straightforward and HONEST in his evaluation. He doesn't try to sell you on unnecessary repairs or treatments. Mike was great to work with. First he met with me for the inspection on my schedule. I have a long commute home from work and I am only available at night. He was very accommodating. He helped us expedite the process, completed all the necessary repairs and even included additional pest control with the service. But most importantly, Mike is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He answered all our questions and helped ease all our concerns. Thank you Mike!
