I have been in Real Estate for almost 20 years and worked with many loan agents and brokers which almost all with no exception drove me up the wall before funding the loan! I had terrible time getting hold of them and never had a timely response. As a real estate agent, I do all the inspections and due diligence then just wait and pray that loan agents come through. What is really gut wrenching is the last minute call from the loan agent to give me a chilling news because he didn't do his timely due diligence. Steve! I've now had 2 refi's and a mortgage processed with Steve. The process is always swift, painless and somehow fun and exciting. He guides me every step of the way, provides possible scenarios and answers all my questions at a level that's easy for me to understand. He is my forever go to and should be yours as well.
