Just called to get a general quote for glass replacementon a large upstairswindow, sent pictures via email BUT never heard back from them. Gave them 3 stars because the person I spoke with was nice and courteous.

I contacted Orange County Glass Works to have a piece of glass that I had purchased earlier in the day cut to the correct size. It was after hours but he agreed to help me. He was very professional and did a GREAT job of cutting the glass to the correct size. Great customer service and trustworthy. I will be doing business with Orange County Glass Works from now on. Thank you so much Michael. I definitely recommend!

I own a small business located in a one of those large business parks in Fullerton. Recently on of my office plate glass window was shattered.

Mike immediately came out, even after hours, and that's when the fun began. I was not aware that there were so many glass manufacturers, out there, and color matching the glass is an art, especially when we could not find any reference to the glass color that was originally installed. We literally had to match, by eye, the color of the replacement glass.
