My experience was mixed. I requested 2 keys and found that I could get a 3rd one free, so I accepted. After it made 2 keys, the machine went into maintenance mode, and I received a small refund. One of the 2 keys I received was not a style I would have chosen, so I'm a little bummed.
Great service!Last Sunday when tropical storm hit So. Cal, my family was faced with a very unexpected locked out situation. Our front door was unlock but couldn't get it to open. After taking out the doorknob and still no luck, I finally decided to contact a few locksmith services around the area through Yelp. I heard back from multiple vendors, but they all declined due to weather. Thankfully, I got to speak to Robert and within an hour Mike came to rescue and got the door open for us! I would definitely recommend to others! Thank you guys!
