sorry not to have had the same good experience as other reviewers. i felt not listened to as a Buddhist trying to advocate for a tree in my retirement community of Pilgrim Place while this company in my opinion mercilessly chopped a tree in front of my independent home.
I recently had some service done by Jeff Buchanan Tree Service and I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I was with the work that they did. They took 3 of my way, overgrown pepper trees in the front yard, and turned them into something that looked like right out of a Hallmark postcard. Just beautiful it was the most professional tree service team that I've ever seen and I know now that I have a tree service for life. Well, it's time to work on the trees in the backyard now and one can only guess who I think is going to be working their magic 5 stars is not high enough to rate this tree service so I'm going to multiply that times 2
Extremely professional, highly competent, and eminently empathetic. Jeff was a lifesaver when we and our neighbors needed one. He is very knowledgeable and has an amazing team working for him.
