I have used them for about four years. They have been trustworthy and honest in their dealings. They showed up on time for appointments and were friendly. I will continue with them in the future.
Max came out and diagnosed the issue with my AC and was able to resolve the issue during his diagnostic check up. Max was very professional and gave me a run down on what should replaced and the options I have. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
First off, I’m in the service business and so it’s pretty hard to “wow” me. But from the moment Sal knocked on my door, I knew this dude was the real deal! He not only knew his stuff, but he explained the issue with my unit in a way that a fifth grader could understand. He never tried to sell me anything but just spoke facts. He knew exactly what the root cause was within 5 minutes of diagnosing it! He drove to a few places to find the parts needed to get it fixed (mind you, my unit is 30+ years old and so parts aren’t easy to find). He came back and fixed everything within an hour.
