I'm embarrassed to say I have not gone into a hair salon since pre-pandemic. I thought I was being smart by cutting my own hair to save money. That's until the last time I chopped my hair off, it was left uneven no matter how hard I tried to fix it. I guess it didn't help that I have very thick hair, with a mind of its own. After casually searching for a salon for months (that felt like years), I finally got introduced to this place through my Mom, who found out through some of her church fam. It appears they have been regulars at this salon for years. We came in at 12:30pm today (with an appointment) and was seated right away which was nice! I've been to many salons where I would wait despite making an appointment. There were two ladies running the salon and I'm allllmost sure the lady we got referred to is the owner of the salon (I wish I got her name, I'll def get it next time). She was so kind and knew exactly how to get my crazy hair back in line. While she was working her magic on my hair, she freely gave tips on how to blow dry/comb my hair which I appreciated so much! I am so satisfied with this place and thrilled to put an end to my pandemic haircuts.
Great service and expertise! I took my son here for the first time to get a trim for back-to-school. I believe it was the owner that cut his hair, but she was not only fast, she cut it exactly how I had requested it. You could also tell she was very experienced with how she trimmed the edges of his hair and her use of scissors. I will definitely be coming back!
Found this place going through yelp I was very interested in getting a Japanese straightening treatment and I'm so glad I found this salon. The owner was very nice and welcoming she started taking care of me as soon as I walked through the door.(: I appreciate her patience and time with me as this is my first time getting this treatment and first time getting a professional service in a long time so I was nervous . my hair turned out so pretty. I will definitely be back to get my touchups with her. Thanks again
